Installation

Bespoke joinery site installation involves the precise fitting of custom-made wooden components at the location where they are intended to be used.

It requires a high degree of skill and precision to ensure that the pieces fit perfectly and function properly in the built environment.

Before the installation begins, the bespoke joinery components are carefully packaged, protected, and transported to the client.

Before permanent fixing, the joinery pieces are dry fitted, meaning they are temporarily placed in their designated spots without being fixed in place. This is done to ensure accurate fit and alignment.

Following this process, units are securely fixed in place and adjusted to ensure they are square, plumb, and level, additional hardware such as hinges, handles, locks, and latches is installed. Finishing touches are undertaken, including any final sanding, polishing, or painting, and accessories are installed.
